As a family we stay pretty busy with the martial arts school and a rental property. Here's a picture of that house down in Fountain.

Keep an eye out here when it goes up for lease next.

In 2006 we also tried our hand at House Flipping; no not tossing it up in the air but fixing it up and reselling it. Here's a picture of the before and the after of the outside and a few pics of after on the inside. We replaced every light fixture (the others were definitely 1980s ugggggglllyyy!! There was a pink lantern like chandelier fixture in the kitchen. Yuck!) painted every wall, replaced flooring, landscaped, and even replaced some doors. We were quite proud of our finished product.
